What's Included
1. 90 minute LIVE-online session every morning
Over the 5 days, you will systematically learn a simple yet powerful system of practices called Upa-Yoga that activate the joints, muscles and energy system. It is based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics and brings a whole lot of ease to the entire system. The practices are simple yet potent and empowers you to better manage your body, mind and energy.
2. Daily Meditation
We know developing a daily meditation practice can be challenging, so here is your chance! After the Upa-Yoga practices we will do a meditation called Isha Kriya. It is a very simple process that helps you develop focus, mental stability and overall wellbeing. This gives you the opportunity to experience the compound effects of daily meditation for continuous 5 days.
3. Yogic Wisdom
Most people feel alone, disconnected and unfulfilled in life. The yogic science has a deep understanding of the human condition. It provides great insight into our psychology and you will receive curated video talks to help you better understand yourself and live a joyful and fulfilled life.
